LAW PRACTICE

Daniel Westman's practice focuses on employment and trade secret issues, including litigating on behalf of employers in whistleblower, wrongful termination, sexual harassment and discrimination cases. He has tried numerous employment cases to jury verdicts in favor of companies, and has handled dozens of mediations and arbitrations of employment disputes.

Mr. Westman has counseled a wide variety of employers regarding prevention of disputes through use of employment agreements, corporate Codes of Conduct, non-compete agreements, and trade secret protection programs. He has also successfully represented companies and executives in preliminary injunction proceedings involving alleged misappropriation of trade secrets and violation of non-competition agreements.
